A temporary part time parental leave replacement position commencing 28 January 2027 until 6 August 2027. The successful applicant will be required to teach Creative Arts - Music, Dance and Drama.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

• Knowledge of and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School.
• Experience in teaching Creative Arts - Music, Dance and Drama.
• Assistance with liturgical events.
• Ability to implement differentiated learning and assessment experiences for students in the teaching of the NSW Creative Arts Syllabus.
• Experience in leading school band and choir programs.
• Positive strategies for managing student behaviour and high expectations for student learning within the SPB4L Framework.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Appropriate qualifications in Teaching - Creative Arts.
• Accredited Level D to teach Religious Education in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead policy or a commitment to gain this level within the first 5 years of employment with CEDoW.
• The applicant must be accredited with NESA to teach in NSW.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE

This role is classified as child related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to your employment with CEDoW.
